At Aztec Engineers, quality is embedded into every step of our manufacturing process — from raw material selection to final dispatch. Our zero PPM defect record is the result of disciplined processes, trained personnel, and a culture that refuses to compromise.
We employ Statistical Process Control (SPC), First Article Inspection (FAI), and 100% final inspection protocols to ensure that every component leaving our facility meets or exceeds customer specifications.

Our Quality Process
Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials are inspected against material test certificates (MTC) and verified for chemical composition and mechanical properties before entering production.
In-Process Quality Control
First-off inspection at every setup change. Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts maintained for critical dimensions. Operator self-inspection at every workstation.
Final Inspection
100% dimensional inspection of finished components using calibrated gauges and CMM. Surface finish, hardness, and visual inspection per customer drawing requirements.
Packing & Dispatch
Components packed per customer-specified packaging standards. Batch traceability maintained through lot numbers and inspection records accompanying every shipment.
